Step 1:

Each county in Oregon is served by a Community Dispute Resolution Center.
Step 2:
We'll Listen and Guide You
You’ll speak with a trained staff member or volunteer who will:

Choose the Right Support
Mediation
Resolve conflict with the help of neutral third party.
Facilitation

Learn skills in communication and resolution.
Step 4:
Participate in a Session
If everyone agrees to move forward, we’ll schedule a mediation, circle, or meeting at a time that works for you.
Sessions will be in person or online, depending on your local center.
Step 5:
Supportive, Voluntary, Empowering
You are never forced to agree to anything.
Our sessions supports self-determination, informed consent, impartial regard and confidentiality. You will be given the opportunity to explore the interests and needs of both parties and identify possible solutions and repairs.
Step 6:
After Your Session
We can help put agreements in writing and offer resources.
