Community Resolution Centers offer a spectrum of trainings that support a sustainable cadre of professional mediators.

Community Mediators learn foundational skills to support people in housing, family, and neighbor to neighbor conflicts. Many mediators also take specialized trainings to support foreclosure, eviction, and small claims cases, while many other mediators deepen restorative practice skills to support youth and adult criminal cases.
Trainings are consistent with Community Mediation standards and Oregon Judicial Department General Civil Mediator standards.

Mediators are supported in practicums to develop skills while helping community members resolve disputes. Experienced mediators co-mediate cases and help emerging mediators sharpen skills.
