Trainings

Interpersonal conflict can occur in nearly every work setting. Conflict resolution trainings offer essential tools that help people collaborate effectively, resolve disputes, address systemic inequity, and re-imagine conflict within their workplace.

Professional mediators receive training in basic and advanced skill development and have opportunities for hands-on training in practicums and apprenticeships.
